Content Delivery Manager (Dutch Native) | Belgium & Netherlands

Location: Full remote working in the Benelux, with no office attehirify.globalnce required; occasional visits to the client's office may be needed.

Salary: €55K+ gross per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Receive and review content adaptation and localization briefs, identify missing information, and ensure all required source materials are provided.
• Translate briefs into actionable tasks for the content factory team and coordinate designers and content specialists.
• Monitor progress, prioritize activities, manage urgent requests and tight deadlines, and keep operations aligned with client expectations.
• Review localized content against briefs, brand guidelines, and quality stahirify.globalrds; contribute hands-on to content creation only when needed.
• Coordinate proofreading and quality checks with copywriters.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates on milestones, delays, expectations, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Dutch native speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, client servicing, or content production, ideally in any type of agency; media and content backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in client communication, including under pressure.
• Solid understanding of content workflows, especially content adaptation and localization.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as mohirify.globaly.com, ClickUp, or similar.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative sensitivity and strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of proofreading and quality control for multilingual content.
• B2B or B2C background; both are acceptable.
