Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote - Estonia; work from a comfortable location within the CET time zone

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to select the best fit for each role.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and work with other departments on process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience focused on Europe; US market experience is a plus.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience with recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools, using a data-driven approach.
• Proactive use of AI and automation in daily work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to identify cultural markers and match candidates with suitable roles.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills; flexibility in a geographically distributed team.
• Result-oriented approach to recruitment.
