IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Cover)

Location: Valencia or Barcelona, Spain; hybrid policy with 3 office days

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior IT profiles, from defining target profiles with hiring managers through candidate onboarding.
• Deliver the recruitment plan and define sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct direct sourcing, headhunting, and assessment interviews.
• Advise managers during final hiring decisions.
• Contribute to employer branding and campus management initiatives with partner schools.
• Report recruitment activity to the line manager and through the ATS and BI tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting IT profiles, ideally in the IT services sector.
• Strong interest in developing sourcing and headhunting strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Autonomy and perseverance.
• Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Optimistic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and collaborative team spirit.
• Interest in exploring AI and automation in recruitment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
