Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology)

Location: Hybrid 4/1 in Kraków or Warszawa, Poland; working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of technology roles, from understanding hiring needs through candidate selection.
• Source, approach, and build relationships with technical professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing methods.
• Conduct competency-based recruitment interviews and assess candidates’ experience, motivation, and competencies.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, understand business challenges, advise on talent availability, and support informed hiring decisions.
• Use AI-powered tools and modern recruitment technologies to improve sourcing and streamline processes.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, improve processes, and provide a transparent and engaging candidate experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in Technology or IT.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and curiosity about emerging technologies and technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.
• Experience independently conducting recruitment interviews and assessing competencies and motivation.
• Ability to understand business needs beyond the job description and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.
• Familiarity with AI tools and practical understanding of how they can support recruitment.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple recruitment processes, work independently, and take ownership of results.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with a willingness to share knowledge and support teammates.
