Manager, Statutory Reporting

Location: Andover, United Kingdom; hybrid. Applicants must already live in the UK and have full eligibility to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Lead annual statutory reporting for UK and US entities, maintain audit readiness, and resolve audit queries and findings.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory filings across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, management accounts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Align management reporting, statutory reporting, and Group consolidation requirements across jurisdictions.
• Investigate GAAP and tax compliance risks, determine root causes, and implement solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive global standardisation, policy development, automation, system enhancements, and continuous improvement while supporting payroll reviews and team coaching.

Requirements

• Finance qualification with relevant experience in a Finance Managerial role.
• Proven experience managing statutory and tax compliance in a complex, multinational organisation.
• Knowledge of UK statutory reporting requirements.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting complex regulations and applying them across multiple jurisdictions.
• Passion for improving, simplifying, and standardising financial reporting processes.
• Must already be living in the UK and have full eligibility to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
