FP&A Analyst EMEA (m/f/d) – based in Warsaw

What you will do

• Prepare and coordinate annual and periodic expense forecasts, long-range financial plans, and P&L forecasts.
• Track performance against targets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying variances and business drivers.
• Partner with EMEA stakeholders and expense owners on business planning, cost responsibilities, and spend tracking.
• Lead workforce and non-workforce forecasting, including headcount planning.
• Oversee cost allocation and improve transparency across cost centers.
• Develop financial analyses, reports, KPIs, and standardized FP&A processes, tools, templates, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, controlling, corporate finance, management accounting, audit, or another relevant finance function.
• Experience with financial data, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Curious, business-oriented mindset with an interest in commercial drivers behind financial results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and in an international environment.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach and ability to work accurately within recurring reporting, forecasting, and budgeting deadlines.
• Fluent English required; CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.
• Experience in a multinational or international business environment.
• Experience with financial modelling tools such as Anaplan.
• Additional European languages.
