Controlling Business Partner - Southern Eastern Western (SEW) Europe (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid role based permanently in Bieruń, Poland; support for markets across Southern, Eastern and Western Europe.

What you will do

• Partner with regional business stakeholders and provide financial guidance for operational and commercial decisions.
• Manage and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes for supported markets within the Integrated Financial Planning framework.
• Analyze variances, risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations and action plans to improve profitability.
• Translate operational plans into aligned business plans, targets and performance indicators.
• Support collaboration with local controlling teams, finance teams, operational managers and Shared Service Centres across eight countries.
• Provide training, coaching and data-driven decision support while ensuring Group controlling standards are applied.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or a related field.
• Approximately 5–8 years of experience in Controlling, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international matrix organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP and BW.
• Fluent English is required; minimum B2 level.
