Procurement Performance Business Partner

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid blend of working from home and the Kraków office

What you will do

• Co-develop the strategy, framework, and KPIs for a comprehensive 360° view of Procurement performance.
• Monitor performance across savings, cash, sustainability, suppliers, market dynamics, process efficiency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Procurement savings methodology and support savings calculation, classification, and validation.
• Review Procurement project pipelines, including scope, baselines, assumptions, timing, phasing, and methodology compliance.
• Support target setting, forecasting, long-term planning, and monthly performance reporting with KPI and variance analysis.
• Translate complex Procurement data into insights, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions while managing the performance solution, user administration, training, and system improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in performance management, finance, controlling, business analysis, transformation, consulting, procurement, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex financial and operational data.
• Proven ability to work effectively with Finance and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in an international or matrix organisation.
• Ability to challenge performance information constructively while maintaining a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights, conclusions, and actions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with project pipelines, forecasts, business cases, or performance reviews.
• Previous Procurement experience; this is advantageous but not essential.
