Senior Investment Operations Analyst (Reconciliation)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with two days per week in the Warsaw office

What you will do

• Perform daily reconciliation of cash, trades, and positions on client accounts.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, complex operational cases, and system issues with custodians, counterparties, clients, and internal teams.
• Prepare monthly reports, process cash adjustments, monitor workflows and shared mailboxes, and maintain service delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
• Implement and review controls, maintain procedures and training, and contribute to management reporting and internal and external audits.
• Act as a main contact for client queries, participate in escalations and process calls, and support client onboarding, testing, and service development.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of reconciliations and significant experience in a buy-side or outsourced operations team.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good knowledge of capital market products, diverse security types, and the investment industry.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word and Excel.
• Well-developed analytical abilities and a solid understanding of processes.

• Business analysis, project, or client onboarding experience.
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension.
