Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days from the office

What you will do

• Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting aligned with organizational goals and financial targets.
• Partner with selected cost centres, structure business analyses, and present recommendations to budget owners and senior management.
• Use AI tools and automation to build and improve internal financial tools, data quality, and reporting efficiency.
• Own labour-cost and headcount analysis, including actuals versus budget and forecast, HR and payroll reconciliation, and workforce scenario modelling with HR.
• Deliver month-end close activities, including accruals, cost allocation across departments and projects, and support for intercompany settlements.
• Monitor operating expenses, explain variances, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxes, HR, and Payroll.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Strong financial modelling and structured problem-solving skills, including turning vague questions into clear recommendations.
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools for analysis and modelling, with awareness of their limitations.
• Clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.
