Incentive Analyst (Medtech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model with 3 days on site

Salary: Minimum 136,000 PLN annually, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and implement sales incentive strategies aligned with business goals.
• Own quarterly sales incentive calculations and validation across Western Europe.
• Prepare accurate, timely incentive reports to support business-unit decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance on accruals and accurate incentive payout alignment.
• Support FP&A teams with the Annual Operating Plan and leadership sign-off.
• Identify opportunities to automate, centralize, and standardize incentive processes.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills, including SQL and Tableau.
• Experience with MS Office applications, including VBA, Excel, Power Pivot, and PowerPoint.
• Well-developed presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.

• Experience in incentive design and territory design.
• Additional languages.
