Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist (COREP / CRR)

Location: Copenhagen or Aarhus, Denmark, or Stockholm, Sweden; 4 days in the office

What you will do

• Write build specifications translating CRR, CRD, and EBA requirements into data and calculation rules.
• Review calculation logic and data sources against regulatory texts; document gaps through validated methodologies, SOPs, and improvement requirements.
• Query data independently with SQL to verify implemented logic.
• Assess the reporting impact of new products and regulatory changes early enough for planning.
• Support COREP, Danmarks Nationalbank MFI, AnaCredit/Kreditregistret, KRGS, and other DFSA submissions during peak periods.

Requirements

• Solid regulatory reporting experience in a bank, regtech vendor, or advisory firm, including COREP or similar EBA reporting.
• Ability to read CRR, CRD, and EBA guidelines directly and defend calculation decisions.
• Basic SQL skills for querying and verifying data; data engineering experience is not required.
• Experience turning regulatory requirements into specifications, methodologies, or test cases for others to build from.
• Ability to explain regulatory arguments to non-specialists and collaborate effectively with engineers and senior stakeholders.
• Employment is conditional on not being registered in RKI (Ribers Kredit Information); criminal-record information may be requested depending on the employment country’s regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with the EBA taxonomy, DPM, OneSumX, Regnology, or Adenza.
