FP&A Senior Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work allows working from home up to two days per week; the workplace is the office, store or factory specified in the advert.

What you will do

• Lead yearly and monthly budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, analysis and management reporting.
• Build financial plans and models supporting short-, medium- and long-term investment, cost-planning and business development decisions.
• Evaluate business performance and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare reporting, forecasting and planning deliverables using SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAP BPC and Think Cell.
• Provide clear recommendations and decision support to production, distribution, Finance and senior leadership.
• Build trusted partnerships across Finance and the wider business while independently handling complex discussions and negotiations.

Requirements

• Experience delivering yearly and monthly budgeting processes, including financial consolidation, analysis and management reporting.
• Experience developing financial planning models for short-, medium- and long-term investment and cost-planning decisions.
• Experience evaluating business performance and providing financial analysis for management decision-making.
• Experience using SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAP BPC and Think Cell for reporting, forecasting and planning deliverables.
• Experience across finance and accounting roles within a global organisation or finance consultancy environment.
• Master's degree in finance, auditing, management accounting or a related field.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above is required.
• Ability to work independently as a recognised subject matter expert, coach others, communicate directly with senior management, handle negotiation conflicts and demonstrate end-to-end business understanding.
