Commercial Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Onsite at the office on Drottninggatan 92 in Stockholm, Sweden. EU work authorisation is required.

What you will do

• Explore products, markets, and customer needs to identify and size the next growth opportunities.
• Investigate the drivers of revenue, customer value, and profitability, and recommend where to act.
• Build business cases by testing assumptions, making clear recommendations, and securing stakeholder support.
• Follow opportunities through to execution and assess whether they deliver the expected results.
• Challenge existing assumptions and bring forward opportunities for larger business impact.

Requirements

• A few years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, business development, or an analytical role with a clear business focus.
• MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a similarly rigorous discipline.
• Sharp analytical ability and commercial judgement, connecting customer needs, revenue, costs, and execution.
• Ability to work directly with data, build models, and pull numbers independently.
• Ability to turn unfamiliar questions and incomplete information into clear recommendations.
• Evidence of initiative, responsibility, and follow-through.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• SQL experience.
• Fintech experience.
