Senior Onboarding Consultant (Supplier Intelligence & Procurement)

Location: Munich, Mannheim or Madrid; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office. Travel is below 10%, and onboardings run largely remotely.

What you will do

• Run complex customer onboardings end to end, including scoping, configuration, data integration, key-user training, go-live, and documented handover to Customer Success.
• Own delivery effort and budget, identify overconsumption risks, and trigger follow-up sales with Customer Success and Sales when scope expands.
• Create onboarding packages, checklists, and self-service content for standard use cases.
• Review project plans and configurations from junior consultants, coach the team, and support difficult customer situations.
• Collaborate with the Solution Expert on edge cases, recurring questions, and product gaps.
• Build relationships with customer decision-makers and document stakeholder maps for handover.

Requirements

• Several years of project experience in SaaS implementation or consulting in supplier management, procurement, or supply-chain compliance, with full responsibility for the customer rather than only a workstream.
• Working knowledge of supplier onboarding and qualification, risk assessment, audits, corrective actions, and the related LkSG and CSDDD regulations.
• Solid understanding of data models, interfaces, and configuration; coding is not required.
• Ability to identify repeatable work and turn it into standardized packages.
• Strong budget and scope discipline, including clearly communicating engagement limits and preventing scope creep.
• Business-fluent English and either Italian or French.
• Availability for hybrid work in Munich, Mannheim, or Madrid, with 3 office days per week.
