Associate Director Business Enablement (AI)

What you will do

• Lead a Business Enablement team of five, setting priorities, developing capabilities, and deploying Business Process Architecture and IT Strategy Consulting expertise.
• Define the operating model and ways of working for consistent support across business domains and transformation initiatives.
• Shape business process architecture, including transparent end-to-end processes and scalable, automatable target processes.
• Guide strategic consulting across technology strategy, sourcing, market evaluation, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Align business, architecture, engineering, transformation, and product stakeholders to translate business challenges into structured process and technology outcomes.
• Represent Business Enablement in governance forums and ensure business requirements inform architecture and technology decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience across IT strategy, business or IT consulting, business process architecture, transformation, or related disciplines, including leadership responsibility.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary professional teams and developing capabilities across process, strategy, or transformation disciplines.
• Experience working across business and technology functions on complex, cross-functional transformation topics.
• Strong knowledge of business process architecture and process modelling, including scalable and automation-ready target processes.
• Strong strategic consulting capabilities across technology strategy, sourcing, market evaluation, and build-versus-buy decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex business, process, and technology topics into structured recommendations and influence stakeholders at multiple seniority levels.
• Experience leveraging AI, intelligent automation, workflow technologies, or low-code platforms to simplify workflows, increase transparency, and improve decision support.
