Data Team Lead (Clinical Data Management)

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact for data management deliverables and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Lead the full clinical data management lifecycle from study start-up through close-out.
• Provide technical and operational leadership, coordinate Data Operations and project teams, and manage escalations.
• Oversee the development, review, and approval of Data Management Plans and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Monitor quality metrics, lead corrective and preventive actions, and drive process optimization and new technology implementation.
• Manage project budgets, Scope of Work deliverables, forecasting, change orders, invoicing support, and bid-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Clinical, Biological, Mathematical Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Clinical Data Management experience, including experience across the data management lifecycle.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Lead or Data Team Lead.
• Proven delivery of at least one Phase III clinical study.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, physiology, data management systems and processes, regulatory requirements, and GCP.
• Experience with project delivery, database and data quality oversight, SAE and external vendor reconciliation, stakeholder management, financial and resource management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and build collaborative relationships.
