Clinical Change Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own and steer the change stream in hospital implementation projects according to project plans and quality gates.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Clinical Consulting, Solution Engineering, hospital teams, and implementation partners.
• Develop stakeholder maps, change impact analyses, change stories, and communication plans with hospitals.
• Design training frameworks, establish super-user and key-user structures, and deliver role-based training for doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Steer go-live readiness and hypercare, measure training KPIs and adoption, and hand over to day-to-day operations.
• Improve the standard change concept through lessons learned.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on hospital experience, ideally as a nurse, physician, or other clinically trained professional, with a strong understanding of workflows across wards, outpatient departments, emergency care, operating rooms, or similar environments; or several years of change and project management experience, ideally in hospitals or clinical IT implementations.
• Solid change toolkit covering stakeholder and change impact analysis, communication, training concepts, and adoption KPIs.
• Proven ability to lead a workstream or sub-project involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to advise hospital leadership and handle resistance with empathy and clarity.
• Strong affinity for software and a structured, hands-on working style.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
