Project Manager (LATAM)

What you will do

• Analyze project briefs and source content, define scope, clarify queries, prepare client quotes, and agree on budgets.
• Plan and coordinate translation and localization workflows, assigning linguists, DTP specialists, engineers, and other contributors.
• Monitor timelines, resources, supplier costs, budgets, profitability targets, risks, and project administration.
• Apply quality plans, complete pre-delivery QA checks, manage terminology and linguistic assets, and prepare projects for invoicing.
• Manage client communication, documentation, feedback, complaints, satisfaction, and repeat-business support.
• Collaborate with suppliers, clients, managers, and departments across time zones, escalating issues and resolving delivery risks.

Requirements

• Minimum degree-level education.
• At least 2–3 years of project management experience in the translation or localization industry.
• Ability to independently lead projects, including scheduling and project-level resource management.
• Proven experience supporting and managing clients directly, including communication with senior management.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, multitasking, prioritization, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience using CAT, project management, and localization management tools and applications.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Office 365 and other Microsoft applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English, including active participation in client review meetings and preparation of reports, business information, correspondence, and procedures.
