Project Analyst I (Language Services)

Location: 100% home based in Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil

What you will do

• Review and validate screenshots of clinical trial interfaces and electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA) data capture tools.
• Plan and deliver eCOA language services projects in line with regulatory and industry standards.
• Coordinate translation vendors and language service providers.
• Facilitate communication across global stakeholders and resolve project issues.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and documentation, while staying informed about relevant industry and technology developments.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in eCOA or translation project management, localization, or clinical research.
• Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with linguistic validation and Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs).
• Knowledge of additional languages.
