Enterprise Project Manager (AI/Cloud)

Location: Brazil; 100% remote. The role may require up to 25% travel depending on business needs. Current legal authorization to work in Brazil is required; visa or work permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale enterprise projects involving cloud adoption, AI strategy, migrations, and transformation.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, executives, senior leadership, and internal teams.
• Develop project roadmaps, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and delivery strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams of architects, developers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, scope, changes, quality, resources, vendors, and project documentation.
• Support account success, expansion opportunities, Steering Committees, and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise project management experience, including at least 5 years in IT/cloud consulting.
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients is required.
• Experience managing technical engagements with 10 or more people, multiple project workstreams, and budgets exceeding $5M.
• Extensive knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools, including the ability to develop complex, multi-year client roadmaps.
• Experience leading client Agile transformations and adapting project management approaches to client capabilities and needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of a client organization.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, and teams.
• Strong financial acumen in forecasting, planning, and reporting.

Nice to have

• Project Management certifications such as PMP or CAPM.
• Agile certification, including CSM, PSM, or CSP.
• Cloud platform certification such as AWS Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals.
• Artificial Intelligence platform certification such as Claude Certified Associate (Foundations) or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience managing cloud services projects, specifically on AWS.
