Production Manager (AI)

Location: Remote-optional within the United States

Starting salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Manage assigned custom video, visual content, and web destination programs from kickoff through delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, handoffs, internal creative teams, external partners, and client-facing teams.
• Partner with Client Success by providing production guidance, status visibility, requirements, timelines, and actionable direction.
• Coordinate video, design, written, and external production resources to ensure teams have the required information, assets, and approvals.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, QA, and final delivery checks for video and custom web experiences.
• Maintain and improve Airtable workflows, dashboards, documentation, reporting, templates, checklists, and production processes.

Requirements

• Experience in production, project management, creative operations, branded content, digital media, or a related field.
• Clear and confident communication across creative and client-facing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively solve problems, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Because this is a remote-optional role, candidates must be located within the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with video production, design workflows, and custom digital content experiences.
• Experience with Airtable or similar workflow and project-management systems.
