Associate Project Manager (Language Services)

Location: Remote and home-based in Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico

What you will do

• Manage small to mid-sized translation projects end-to-end, including requirements, timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, freelance linguists, suppliers, and internal teams throughout project delivery.
• Prepare reports, track performance, resolve issues, and support quality-control and documentation processes.
• Participate in quality investigations using 5 Whys or Root Cause Analysis and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate automation and technology-driven solutions to improve project efficiency and quality.
• Maintain knowledge of language-services trends, life-sciences regulations, and client landscapes while supporting training and mentoring.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of project-management experience in translation, localization, or language services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CAT tools, translation management systems, and project-tracking software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDFs, XML, PowerPoint, and other document formats; advanced Microsoft Word skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• CV must be submitted in English; CVs in other languages will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with life-sciences translation projects, including pharmaceutical, medical-device, clinical, or biotech projects.
• Other project-management or coordination experience.
