Project Manager, Global Client Operations (Localization)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland or Berlin, Germany

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of international localization projects, from briefing and planning through scheduling, budgeting, delivery, invoicing, and post-project review.
• Coordinate multilingual translation, dubbing, and subtitling workflows to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, supplier costs, client invoicing, change orders, and profitability targets.
• Support Sales and Account Management with operational input, timelines, cost information, service knowledge, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Communicate proactively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams; arrange production meetings and resolve or escalate issues.
• Maintain project data, reports, invoices, and administration while identifying improvements to delivery, account performance, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Brazilian Portuguese at CEFR C2 level, or equivalent proficiency, including excellent grammar, idiom, and cultural nuance.
• Previous project management experience in localization, media, or a comparable fast-paced production environment.
• Good understanding of dubbing workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Ability to coordinate multimedia requirements across production teams while maintaining consistency.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills, including managing multiple overlapping deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset, sound problem-solving skills, flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with OOONA or a similar project management platform.
• Knowledge of subtitling specifications and tools.
