Senior Project Manager (Intralogistics and Robotics)

Location: Remote from Dortmund, with frequent travel of up to 50% to customer warehouses across Europe and onsite interviews at the office during the hiring process.

What you will do

• Manage robot deployment projects from specification through operational handover.
• Coordinate internal resources and multidisciplinary project teams across multiple concurrent projects.
• Track project performance, control budgets, and report to relevant stakeholders.
• Meet customers regularly to report progress and resolve open items.
• Perform risk management to minimize deployment and operational risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 5+ years of experience in the intralogistics and/or robotics industry.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and ensure OTIF delivery.
• Fluent German required for communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Very good command of English.
• Customer satisfaction mindset, can-do attitude, and ability to resolve blockers and potential risks.
• Very good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer warehouses in Europe.
• Technical background and a Master's degree or equivalent.
