Delivery Director (Data & AI)

Location: Spain; fully remote work is available

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Own delivery performance, including project margins, forecasting accuracy, resource planning, and operational KPIs.
• Supervise and coordinate teams of 10–20 professionals, including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Ensure excellence in Data and AI project delivery using technologies such as Python, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS.
• Support client proposal definition and presentations as the main technical and business point of contact.
• Manage client relationships, promote continuous improvement, and drive farming initiatives for sustainable account growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology environments, including at least 5 years leading large engineering or delivery teams.
• Technology consulting experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing complex projects and international clients.
• Experience owning delivery KPIs, project profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Strong technical expertise in Data and AI, including Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake, plus knowledge of Azure or AWS and Web.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish required.
