Director of Technical Delivery (AI)

hirify.global provides an agentic AI platform for enterprise back-office operations, with autonomous AI Colleagues supporting HR, IT, finance, and procurement workflows across systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

What you will do

• Build, hire, enable, and manage the AI FDE team, including organization design and capacity planning.
• Establish implementation standards, operating procedures, success metrics, escalation paths, tooling, QA, and repeatable delivery frameworks.
• Own the end-to-end AI delivery lifecycle from post-sale handoff through solution design, go-live, and transition to steady-state customer success.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on AI program governance, platform gaps, field feedback, and roadmap development.
• Own team OKRs tied to go-live timelines, customer satisfaction, and net revenue retention.
• Represent AI delivery in planning with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering leadership.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree from an accredited university.
• 10–15 years of experience in development, technical delivery, or professional services engineering leadership within growth-stage SaaS or AI-native companies.
• Direct experience building and scaling customer-facing technical teams, including FDEs, engineers, or analysts.
• Experience presenting to and communicating effectively with C-suite, VP, Director, and senior client stakeholders.
• Former hands-on developer with fluency in architecture diagrams and technical tradeoffs, without needing to write production code.
• Recent hands-on delivery of AI or ML-powered solutions at a growth-stage SaaS or AI-native company.
• Experience designing SDLC-style frameworks, tooling, and standards for repeatable, high-quality delivery.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including a measurable feedback loop into Product and Engineering.
• Ability to lead through influence across Sales, Product, Success, and Engineering without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with AI/ML products or technologies.
• Familiarity with modern delivery or project management tools such as Jira or Rocketlane.
• Experience standing up a delivery function from scratch in a growth-stage or funding-constrained environment.
