Associate Director, Delivery & Program Management (AI & Data Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives within schedule, scope, quality, and success criteria.
• Define project scope, milestones, schedules, resource allocation, dependencies, and delivery outcomes with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.
• Coordinate engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and product stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, and change requests, including escalation when needed.
• Drive Agile practices including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and backlog activities.
• Monitor delivery through KPIs, dashboards, project plans, RAID logs, metrics, and executive status updates while improving governance, documentation, quality, security, and predictability.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience managing complex technology projects and programs, including significant leadership of cross-functional IT delivery initiatives.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, Agile metrics and reporting, Agile coaching, and change management.
• Knowledge of SDLC, release management, fixed-price delivery, outcome-based delivery, estimation, project metrics, and client and communications management.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, as well as cloud delivery environments.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, API integration, enterprise application integration, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Agilist.
