Customer Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Philippines; hybrid setup with NORAM working hours from 8:00pm to 5:00am

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end creative delivery from briefing and production through QA, launch, and reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining alignment on priorities, deliverables, timelines, and turnaround times.
• Create reports, provide insights, and manage project data.
• QA-check storyboards, mockups, and final creatives to ensure quality and consistency.
• Build campaign structures such as decision trees and align media and creative strategies.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and use industry and platform knowledge to support idea generation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, including a required media background in social or programmatic advertising.
• Flawless written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and project data management.
• Ability to negotiate and deliver difficult news to clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent time management, coordination, prioritization, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-manage, multitask, and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
