AI Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Translate AI and Big Data priorities into implementation plans, milestones, work packages, roadmaps, and delivery forecasts.
• Coordinate requirements and solution delivery with product managers, business users, technical leads, data owners, platform teams, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee design and development across architecture, application development, data engineering, security, infrastructure, and user experience teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, change requests, governance reviews, and management reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate integration, system, user acceptance, security, and performance testing, including defect resolution and sign-off readiness.
• Coordinate release readiness, migration, deployment, cutover, production quality checks, documentation, and transition to operational support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in project, program, portfolio, or operations management.
• Experience delivering technology, data, digital transformation, analytics, or AI-related initiatives.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience in delivery planning, schedule management, dependency tracking, and milestone management.
• Experience with project governance, executive reporting, dashboard reporting, and management communications.
• Experience supporting implementation, migration, process improvement, or transformation initiatives from planning through deployment.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
