Forward Deployed Recruiter (AI)

Location: Hybrid, 3–4 days per week in the Mountain View or San Francisco office

Base salary: $140,000–$185,000 annually, with potential variable compensation, equity, and benefits depending on role factors.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Forward Deployed and adjacent technical GTM roles, from intake and sourcing through offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, interview plans, and hiring priorities.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for technical and customer-facing talent, including passive candidates and candidates with nontraditional backgrounds.
• Use market insights, pipeline analytics, and funnel data to identify hiring risks and refine search strategies.
• Coordinate interview teams and candidate closing while promoting consistent and inclusive hiring practices.
• Improve recruiting workflows through AI-enabled tools, feedback, and recruiting technology.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition; level will be calibrated based on skills and scope.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers, translate business needs into candidate profiles, and provide evidence-based guidance.
• Experience recruiting technical, product, engineering, or customer-facing talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, empathy, and judgment for building trust with candidates and cross-functional partners.
• Highly organized, data-informed, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
• Curiosity about using AI and recruiting technology to improve hiring workflows.
