What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI/ML roles, including sourcing, pitching, interview guidance, and closing.
• Partner with technical leaders, founders, and the Head of Talent to understand role requirements and calibrate hiring criteria.
• Help define the technical hiring bar and talent evaluation approach.
• Develop creative top-of-funnel strategies for reaching experienced engineers.
• Deliver a fast, respectful, honest, equitable, and human candidate experience.
• Use data and market context to keep searches on track and guide candidates through high-stakes decisions.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of technical recruiting and experience recruiting for highly technical roles.
• Curiosity and the ability to ask effective questions and understand how technical work operates.
• Ability to influence through insight and honesty.
• Ability to move quickly and communicate clearly in ambiguous or changing situations.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to build trust while anticipating concerns.
• Ability to recalibrate as priorities shift without losing momentum.
