Senior Talent Aquisition Partner

Location: United States; hybrid role with half of working time spent in the Bellevue, Washington office at Lincoln Square North

Base salary: $120,000–$180,000, depending on geographic market and candidate factors.

What you will do

• Own executive searches from business intake through research, outreach, interviews, references, offer negotiation, and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define executive outcomes, relevant experience, and flexible search criteria.
• Map companies and functions, engage passive candidates, build referral relationships, and develop talent pipelines.
• Present recruiting opportunities to US executives, tailor messaging, and collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Human Resources.
• Advise hiring leaders with market intelligence, candidate-fit feedback, structured assessments, and references.
• Manage candidate priorities, offers, search intelligence, progress tracking, feedback, approved AI-enabled tools, and external search partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting or executive search experience, including substantial personal ownership of Director, Vice President, or equivalent leadership searches.
• Record of hiring senior leaders across multiple corporate or commercial functions and strong knowledge of the US executive talent market.
• Experience attracting candidates to a less-established employer, new business, or opportunity requiring more explanation than brand recognition.
• Business judgment to advise senior executives, constructively challenge assumptions, and manage confidential or changing requirements.
• Strong research, direct outreach, assessment, and negotiation skills, supported by clear writing and persuasive, accurate communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Leadership hiring experience in technology or other complex businesses.
• Experience helping an organization enter a market, establish functions, or build teams across borders.
• Master’s degree.
