Supply Planner (SAP)

What you will do

• Create and maintain feasible supply plans based on demand, material availability, production capacity and operational constraints.
• Use SAP for material requirements, purchase orders, lead times, master data and daily supply planning transactions.
• Monitor supply and demand, identify shortages, delays and capacity constraints, and take corrective action.
• Translate demand into production, purchasing, replenishment and inventory plans while supporting customer order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with production sites, procurement, logistics, warehouses, demand planning, customer service and other stakeholders across regions.
• Develop alternative supply scenarios, resolve inventory issues and support urgent operational and month-end activities, including customer invoicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in supply planning or a closely related planning role, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on SAP experience.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes connecting demand, production, materials, inventory and customer delivery.
• Ability to analyze supply constraints, make sound planning decisions and propose practical alternatives.
• Ability to manage urgent situations, workload pressure and changing priorities in a structured way.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple functions, sites and countries.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Fluent English required.
