What you will do

• Manage goods flow, inventory levels, BBD control, inbound transportation, load building, transport capacity, and inbound balancing.
• Generate, verify, and analyze forecasts to support business requirements.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Collaborate with Promotions and Distribution Centre teams on supply planning activities.
• Coordinate planning figures and forecasts with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
• Resolve inbound claims, identify supply risks and improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Logistics, or a related field.
• Very good written and spoken English and Croatian, minimum B2 level.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and independent working skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
