Logistics Deviation Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with most time spent in the workplace and attendance at the Warsaw office according to hirify.global's work-from-home policy.

What you will do

• Manage logistics extra-cost claims, including cost verification, documentation, and cost-code usage.
• Lead fact-based discussions, analyze data, and prepare decision-support reports.
• Authorize payments to Transport Service Providers and ensure complete case documentation.
• Monitor extra-cost levels across carriers, units, and distribution centers with internal stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities, track cost trends, and develop action plans.
• Share recommendations, promote cost awareness, and build relationships with Transport Service Providers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build trust-based relationships.
