Inventory Analyst, Finance - ISC FPO

Location: Warsaw, Masovian, Poland; hybrid work model.

What you will do

• Analyze global inventory levels, inventory turns, days inventory on hand, weeks of supply, excess and obsolete inventory, and related working capital drivers.
• Develop and maintain inventory reporting, analytics, targets, and performance metrics across regions and business units.
• Support inventory forecasting, annual operating planning, and long-range planning, including assumption review and monthly performance reporting.
• Perform financial reviews of inventory reserves, adjustments, revaluation activities, reconciliations, and balance sheet impacts.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Controllership, and Site Finance teams on root-cause analysis, governance, controls, and decision support.
• Support collection, consolidation, and reporting of capital expenditure information and improve capital and inventory reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Accounting, Inventory Finance, or Supply Chain Finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning processes.
• Understanding of inventory accounting, including inventory valuation and balance sheet analysis.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
