Group Digital Learning Manager

Location: London, England; hybrid work with around 60% of time involving in-person collaboration in offices or offsite locations.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, development and continuous improvement of the global digital learning ecosystem, including Cornerstone, Elucidat, LinkedIn Learning, Vyond and Content on Demand.
• Manage and develop learning designers while overseeing the creation, governance and quality of digital learning content.
• Own global performance management processes and systems, including annual review cycles, calibration activities and French legislative requirements.
• Evaluate and adopt learning technologies in line with the digital learning roadmap.
• Partner with global and local stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop digital learning solutions.
• Lead planning, reporting, governance, budget and capacity management, performance measurement, compliance audits and data-driven improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in learning technology and digital learning, including LMS, LCMS, eLearning authoring tools and content platforms; experience leading system implementations is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in digital learning technologies and content standards, including SCORM, Adobe, Elucidat and Vyond, with hands-on experience managing and optimising learning platforms, ideally Cornerstone.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging digital learning solutions that translate business and learner needs into effective digital experiences.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing teams, managing suppliers and budgets, and delivering complex projects and programmes across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams, functions and seniority levels.
• Analytical and organised approach, with experience using learning data, reporting and system integrations to measure impact and maintain an effective learning technology ecosystem.

• Experience leading learning system implementations.
• Experience managing and optimising Cornerstone.
