What you will do

• Lead the company-wide learning and development portfolio across needs analysis, design, delivery, facilitation, coaching, and impact measurement.
• Manage leadership and management development programmes that support performance.
• Oversee talent mapping, succession planning, and top talent development initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders and People Partnering to identify skills gaps and deliver effective learning solutions.
• Manage the annual development budget and evaluate return on investment.
• Oversee the annual Brighter Survey engagement process and related departmental action plans.

Requirements

• Expertise managing a company-wide learning and development portfolio.
• Experience managing leadership development initiatives across the full learning needs cycle.
• Ability to connect business priorities with talent development strategy.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted partnerships across a diverse organisation.
• Qualification or relevant experience with individual and team psychometric assessment tools.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, coaching, and talent development skills.
