Salesforce Technical Architecture Advisor (LWC, Apex & Implementations)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Lead development with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Design and oversee high-volume integrations with core banking platforms, data warehouses, payment systems, and third-party vendors.
• Define API-based, middleware, event-driven, and hybrid integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and Platform Events.
• Lead technical design sessions, architecture diagrams, data flows, integration patterns, and error-handling strategies.
• Provide technical direction through code reviews, performance tuning, best-practice enforcement, and collaboration with business, architecture, development, QA, and DevOps stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including significant architecture or senior technical leadership experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Async, Batch, Queueable, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience architecting and delivering complex integrations with REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and Platform Events.
• Extensive experience with data modeling, data governance, and large-volume data processing.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, authentication, authorization, and integration security.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient English is required for daily communication with employees and managers outside Quebec.
• Proficient French is required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Technical Architect certification or progress toward CTA, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, banking or financial services, core banking, payments, lending, wealth management, or compliance platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, deployment automation, and regulated environments with high security and audit requirements.
• Experience modernizing legacy integrations into API-driven architectures and supporting global, multi-currency, multi-language Salesforce environments, including middleware.
• Knowledge of event-driven or microservices-based architectures.
