Salesforce Implementation Consultant & Platform Administrator (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid role based at 200 Front St, Toronto, Canada. Applicants must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead Salesforce implementation projects from discovery through deployment and post-launch support as the primary client contact.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions while managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Configure and administer Salesforce, including automation, security, reporting, dashboards, user access, platform enhancements, releases, and change management.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment, data migration, validation, reconciliation, integrations, and customizations with technical teams.
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and support successful project outcomes.
• Create documentation, training materials, and status reports; deliver user training and monitor platform performance, adoption, and data quality.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Salesforce administration, implementation consulting, project management, or related client-facing technology experience.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects, with hands-on administration and configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and platform functionality, including Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, third-party migration tools, data migration, data governance, and system integrations.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, wealth management platforms, CRM governance, release management, change control, and enterprise SaaS platforms in regulated industries.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements, manage multiple priorities, facilitate workshops and status meetings, and communicate with executives and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ETL tools, SQL, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management, fintech, or related industries.
• Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred; PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications are an asset.
