Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Developer

Location: Concord, Ontario, Canada; fully remote from home

Annual salary: CAD 125,000–135,000, plus eligibility for bonus/incentive pay.

What you will do

• Design and sustain dependable real-time integrations between Salesforce Field Service and Oracle ERP.
• Design, develop, implement, and support Salesforce Field Service solutions for service delivery, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, service operations, customer support, and commercial IT teams to optimize service workflows and tools.
• Develop a scalable field service management platform that improves technician productivity, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification.
• Computer Science or technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Field Service and Salesforce mobile platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Field Service Lightning.
• At least 5 years of experience developing Webservice APIs and Lightning Web Components.

Nice to have

• Platform User Experience Designer Certification.
• Experience with Service Cloud.
