What you will do

• Support pharmacy spend, contract-value, and member opportunity analyses to identify savings and value-creation opportunities.
• Gather, validate, organize, and analyze pharmacy purchasing and membership data.
• Contribute to data models, reporting tools, and analytical methods for evaluating spend, pricing, contract participation, and compliance.
• Work with analysts and cross-functional business partners to clarify requirements, investigate findings, and support data-driven solutions.
• Document methods and assumptions, summarize results, and communicate findings through reports, dashboards, or presentations.
• Generate ideas for improving pharmacy analytics and participate in assigned team, development, and community-impact activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business analytics, data analytics, computer science, information systems, statistics, finance, healthcare administration, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Coursework, academic projects, internships, or other experience using Excel and at least one data or reporting tool such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
• Experience with data analysis, financial analysis, reporting, data visualization, database concepts, statistical analysis, or financial modeling.
• Ability to organize information, analyze and synthesize findings, solve problems, and communicate results clearly in writing and verbally.
• Interest in healthcare, pharmacy, business analytics, healthcare supply chain, or using data to improve business and member outcomes.
• Available to participate full time for the ten-week program from June 1 through August 6, 2027.
