What you will do

  • Own the data and tooling roadmap for the Data Center organization, translating stakeholder needs into requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Define shared data models and metrics for sites, capacity, milestones, equipment readiness, costs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Integrate project, procurement, inventory, financial, and deployment data through reliable interfaces and workflows.
  • Build SQL analyses, lightweight automation, and dashboards showing progress, forecasts, constraints, and risks.
  • Lead tool evaluation and implementation, including build-versus-buy decisions, pilots, testing, rollout, documentation, and training.
  • Establish data quality, reconciliation, access, adoption, and executive reporting processes across distributed teams.

Requirements

  • Experience leading complex technical programs across infrastructure, enterprise systems, data platforms, or large-scale operations from requirements through sustained adoption.
  • Ability to set direction across multiple teams, resolve competing priorities, and deliver organization-wide improvements without direct authority.
  • Strong SQL skills, including dataset validation, metric definition, and operational dashboard development; working knowledge of Python or comparable scripting for analysis and automation.
  • Ability to discuss APIs, data models, integrations, workflow design, and data quality requirements with engineers and translate technical tradeoffs into program decisions.
  • Experience connecting operational data to delivery schedules, capacity, cost, or equipment readiness, including recognizing limitations of incomplete or inconsistent data.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including executive updates, actionable requirements, and risk escalation with recommended decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data centers, cloud infrastructure, hardware deployment, physical infrastructure, or multi-site programs.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence, project management, enterprise resource planning, inventory, or data center infrastructure management systems.
  • Experience replacing spreadsheet-heavy workflows with maintainable integrations and tools, including defining ownership and post-rollout support.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work on an AI platform and hardware architecture designed beyond conventional GPU constraints.
  • Opportunities to publish and open-source AI research.
  • Work with a fast AI supercomputer and a rapidly growing product organization.
  • Startup vitality with job stability and a simple, non-corporate culture.
  • Equal and diverse work environment supporting continuous learning, growth, and collaboration.
