Senior Consultant Financial Services - Risk & Regulatory (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands; work may take place from home, at the client, or at the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Execute transformation projects in Risk & Regulatory for financial-services clients.
• Analyze complex information, identify key issues, and develop solutions and action plans.
• Manage methodological concepts and tools and implement them within client organizations.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities with the team.
• Guide consultants in delivering project outcomes and support their professional development.
• Provide internal and external training based on accumulated expertise.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 4 years of consulting experience in the financial-services industry within Risk & Regulatory.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch are required; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
• Strong knowledge of financial-sector products, trends, and processes at a strategic or operational level.
• Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently, with confidence in sharing ideas.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
