Strategy and Execution Manager (AI & Data)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; travel based on project requirements.

What you will do

• Identify, assess, and evaluate project ideas.
• Lead projects and take direct responsibility for one or more workstreams.
• Prepare workshops, presentations, and other communications for senior executives using a results-driven approach.
• Manage client relationships and develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Lead teams, guide junior colleagues, and support their work.
• Identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in management consulting or a similar background.
• Master’s degree with excellent academic results.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong business acumen.
• Ability to think analytically, break down problems, and develop hypotheses and recommendations from data, analysis, and market research.
• Strong team-player qualities, passion, reliability, and a results-oriented approach.
