Strategy and Execution Associate

What you will do

• Lead key workstreams of client projects with direct contact with senior clients and a high degree of independence.
• Develop actionable insights, strategy initiatives, change-management plans, and business cases using business and organizational principles.
• Conduct client-needs analyses, research activities, and advanced analyses of client, competitor, and industry data.
• Develop presentations, maintain client relationships, provide status reports, and ensure outcomes meet client expectations.
• Guide and transfer knowledge to junior colleagues on problem-solving techniques, consulting practices, and client relationships.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience.
• Strong management and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information to stakeholders with different backgrounds and persuade client counterparts to act on recommendations.
• Strong analytical and conceptual-thinking skills, demonstrated by high academic achievement.
• Ability to develop leading-edge business models, analytical frameworks, and long-term business strategies that maximize shareholder value.
• Fluency in Dutch and English required.
