Consulting Internship - AI in Consumer & Manufacturing (AI)

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; flexible/hybrid working is available, and candidates must have the right to live and work in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Identify and prioritise AI use cases that can improve transformation project delivery and consulting services.
• Build and test AI-powered solutions for operating model design, requirements gathering, technology requirements, and system-integrator handover.
• Experiment with Microsoft Copilot, generative AI models, and AI agents to assess effectiveness and the role of human expertise.
• Turn successful proofs of concept into reusable AI agents, workflows, prompts, templates, and consulting delivery methods.
• Demonstrate how AI solutions can be embedded in transformation programmes and quantify their impact on speed, quality, and consistency.

Requirements

• Pursuing a master’s degree with excellent grades and relevant extracurricular activities.
• Good understanding of AI tooling.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver practical results.
• Interest in the consumer and manufacturing sector, operating model design, and digital transformation.
• Flexible, curious, and willing to broaden understanding of the world.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and peers.
• Proficient in English and required to speak Dutch.
• Right to live and work in the Netherlands.
