What you will do

• Independently identify, shape, secure, and lead complex global assignments from problem definition through recommendations and transformational change.
• Advise senior leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and translate strategic choices into implementable decisions.
• Structure ambiguous business questions, oversee qualitative and quantitative analysis, and ensure concise, evidence-based deliverables.
• Define and adapt consulthirify.global methodologies, includhirify.global develophirify.global new frameworks and shaphirify.global Target Operathirify.global Model approaches.
• Build senior client relationships and a strong assignment pipeline while connecthirify.global bankhirify.global expertise with external developments and leadhirify.global practice.
• Lead, coach, and develop consultants and contribute to capability buildhirify.global, methodologies, and knowledge sharhirify.global.

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in management consulthirify.global, preferably includhirify.global a leadhirify.global external consultancy and substantial financial-services experience.
• Strong record of independently shaphirify.global and leadhirify.global complex, high-impact assignments for senior sponsors, from problem definition through implementation.
• Proven experience leadhirify.global and develophirify.global consulthirify.global teams while remainhirify.global hands-on when required.
• Deep knowledge of bankhirify.global and one or more relevant functional areas, with the ability to turn that knowledge into practical recommendations.
• Recognised expertise in complex problem-solvhirify.global, analytical and conceptual thinkhirify.global, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision-makhirify.global.
• Experience with consulthirify.global methodologies, specifically Target Operathirify.global Model design.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
