Regional IT Director (EMEA)

What you will do

• Lead EMEA IT strategy and serve as the senior IT executive and strategic partner to regional and functional leadership.
• Own regional demand management, portfolio prioritization, investment governance, application rationalization, landscape simplification, and technical debt reduction.
• Oversee end-to-end IT outcomes across Plan, Build, and Run, including complex transformation programs, change management, adoption, and business readiness.
• Own the IT business portfolio for Finance Shared Services and supported divisions, enabling process excellence across R2R, O2C, S2P, and MDM.
• Lead IT quality, compliance, audit, cyber risk governance, privacy, data protection, financial planning, operational stability, and service resilience for EMEA.
• Lead the regional IT organization and Cherrywood IT Hub, including talent strategy, succession, leadership development, culture, capability growth, and enterprise alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
• 20+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including regional or global scope.
• Experience working in regulated industries; healthcare or life sciences experience is preferred.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience leading regional or global IT strategy, governance, transformation, risk, compliance, and executive stakeholder relationships.
